Asurco carried out the full roofing works for the Coopers Stadium Upgrade Stage 2. Our scope covered supply and installation of roof cladding, metal soffits and all associated flashings and trims. We sealed and flashed all roof penetrations, allowed for maintenance systems, and coordinated closely with other trades to meet program requirements.
Asbestos removal, roofing and cladding reinstatement of the auditorium and surrounding buildings at Seymour College. Work was completed over a three-month period during the school holidays so as not to disrupt school proceedings. Works included 1,760m2 of Aramax free span zincalume roofing, free span perforated zincalume ceiling, insulation, box gutter, downpipes, skylights, roof vent penetrations and angle edge restraints.
Complete roof removal and replacement of a heritage listed building.

The cladding package comprised the supply and installation of high-quality metal wall cladding systems, including integrated canopy elements, to the building’s lower facade and entry areas. The project required Type B hoarding to the Angas Street elevation, full-height stair access with lockable ply hoarding at the street-level entry, and staged fixed scaffolding from Level 1 to Level 8, along with traffic management during scaffold erection and dismantle.
